In this role, you’ll be selling to senior-level execs across a wide array of backgrounds (from Marketing to Sales to Customer Success and beyond). And you’ll do it all across North America.

How you’ll make a huge impact here - and on your career:

  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our Influitive’s value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
  • Develop and execute sales strategy with equal emphasis on net-new accounts
  • Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if Influitive can be a strategic investment for their business’ growth
  • Convert qualified leads from our BDR team into opportunities and close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Share your past experiences on how we can approach a problem
  • Contribute to our awesome culture & make Influitive a great place to learn, grow and accelerate careers! Your voice matters and we always test and try before we go all in on the Sales team
  • You will demonstrate expertise in building business cases which clearly show value and differentiation at all levels of your customer / prospect organizations
  • You will win deals through world-class planning and preparation, as well as being consultative in your approach to solving real business problems

What an incredible candidate looks like:

  • Over 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience; strong preference for previous experience in a tech startup
  • Experienced in selling transformation/visionary solutions, especially where there isn't an obvious budget (demand creation vs. fulfillment)
  • Comfortable leading technical presentation/demo and owning full customer lifecycle from prospect to close
  • Success closing deals with an ASP of $50K+ 
  • You’re naturally curious and confident, love to ask questions, listen and learn from conversations
  • You’ve got a competitive attitude and driven attitude with consistent track record of over-achievement and landing net new logos
  • Willingness to be coached and the discipline to work a proven sales process from beginning to end
